About the role:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to serve as the face of our Virtual Patient Care platform. You will be in charge of ensuring that our patients have the best experience possible as they enter our virtual platform. This will entail answering patient questions and concerns as well as serving as a liaison between our patients and LifeMD Southern Patient Care.
