Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach the sales team to achieve performance goals and improve closing techniques
  • Manage daily showroom operations and maintain expert product knowledge
  • Appraise vehicles and handle dealer trades
  • Hire train and motivate the New and Used Sales Teams Internet Sales Finance Managers and Service Drive Sales
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and implement strategies to improve performance
  • Conduct daily and weekly training meetings
  • Oversee CRM processes and ensure proper followup with all leads
  • Develop and monitor delivery procedures and ensure smooth handoffs to service
  • Help meet and exceed dealership and OEM sales goals and financial targets

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in building training and leading successful sales teams
  • Strong CSI scores and consistent performance in achieving gross and net departmental profits
  • Experience with BDC management and digital marketing including SEO SEM and traditional advertising
  • Background in used vehicle purchasing merchandising and marketing
  • Ability to effectively manage desk managers and improve F&I income through coaching
