The Physical TherapistWeekend is responsible for evaluating patients formulating specific treatment goals developing and implementing treatment plans and collaborating with other health care providers and families. Prepare and maintain patient care documentation in a timely manner. Attend designated clinics rounds and conferences. Participate in educational programs for staff students volunteers and other professional health care personnel. Participate in training for new staff. Serve as a clinical instructor for students. Facilitate new program development.
NYS licensed & registered Physical Therapist degree required for licensure and two years of experience who possess degree required for licensure NYS PT license/registration or eligible (but must receive license in 1 year) and less than 2 years experience will be considered for appointment to an entrylevel (SL2 position at commensurate salary. CPRBLS certification required at time of appointment.
2 Years of experience preferred.
Must be available to work at least one weekend (Saturday & Sunday) a month day shift.
Accepting Physical Therapist Weekend applications for current and future openings in the department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Rehab Therapies.
