Overview
Position: Physical Therapist- Crystal MN
Location: 5700 Lakeland Ave N Suite 200 Crystal MN 55429
Schedule: Monday-Friday (7:00a.m.-5:30p.m.) some early days and some later days
Compensation: starting at $72000- $100000 pending experience and credentials

Some basic administrative duties are required for staff to complete in order to help patients check in schedule appointments and complete any required co-payments.

Responsibilities
- Understand appropriate state practice acts and adhere to the laws which govern how physical therapists may practice and whom physical therapists may supervise.
- Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
- Evaluate treat and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers physicians patients family members and third-party payors at all times.
- Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualificaitons:
- Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
- Outpatient physical therapy rotation if a student
- Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if a practicing clinician
- Valid State Physical Therapist License
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oncology therapy experience or certification
