Job Description
Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Villa Rica GA
Position Type: Temp to Hire
Pay: $16.50/hour
Shift: Weekend
Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire Forklift Operators for a food-grade distribution warehouse located in Villa Rica!
Qualifications for Forklift Operators:
After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 2 years of Sit Down Forklift experience in either a picking or loading position.
Must have RF Scan Gun experience.
Must be familiar with WMS/IBM System.
Must be familiar with Receiving Line Take Aways/Put Aways.
Food grade experience is preferred but not required.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Must be open to 12 hour shifts weekends and occasional extra hours.
Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.
Assignment Duties for Forklift Operators:
Operating a sit down forklift.
Using a RF scan gun.
Gathering products off of the line or receiving products and doing put aways.
Loading and unloading products onto trailers.
Could be asked to wrap pallets and place the BOL Tickets onto the wraps.
Shift Details:
Wednesday Sunday 5:00AM-3:30PM
Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
