Vacancy: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Central Croydon CR0
Salary: OTE 40k Uncapped
Position: Permanent Full Time
Our client is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Lettings Negotiator who would like to forge a career with an established market leading local Estate & Lettings Agency with offices in and around the Croydon area.
If you are looking for a new position with a wellknown brand that has an excellent client base and strong local presence then this could be the position for you.
You will need to have had previous experience in Lettings as you will be expected to hit the ground running but career development is encouraged and promoted.
You will need to have an excellent track record in both letting property and generating new business. Familiarity with the local area would be a distinct advantage.
The perfect candidate will be energetic proactive good on the phone and great with people.

The Company: This is an energetic and expanding local brand who have an excellent market share in the area. They are a busy independent Sales and Lettings agency with an outstanding reputation and several local offices in and around the Croydon and South London
Skills required for this Lettings Negotiator (Residential Lettings) role will include:
- Previous experience in Residential Lettings
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- An exemplary telephone manner
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge Croydon and surrounding areas helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
