  • Employment Type: Full time project role until December 2025
  • Remuneration: $123k$138k 17 super and leave loading
  • Location: Kensington NSW (Hybrid work arrangement available)

Why your Role Matters
As a Change Analyst working across the HR compliance space your focus will be conducting analysis and developing recommendations for the effective design and implementation of change management plans to embed strategic and operational change that ensure employee needs are at the forefront of our ambitious People & Culture transformation agenda.

Build trusted relationships with project stakeholders senior business leaders and endusers to facilitate seamless transitions and ensure project benefits are fully realised and embedded in new businessasusual practices in People and Culture operations. You day to day will include:

  • Conducting impact change and stakeholder analysis assessing outcomes to support successful deliverables.
  • Consulting and collaborating with operational business groups to understand current and future state and to ensure business requirements and processes are translated into documentation.
  • Change planning activities aligning plans with business needs whilst identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Design and management of communication plans and project communication channels.
  • Utilising engagement and change management tools activities and approaches to support leadership alignment stakeholder engagement and cultural assessment.

Reporting in Program Phoenix Change Lead you will work to examine processes holistically to understand the impacts of change on people strategy systems processes and general business operations ensuring an integrated approach to the implementation of employeecentric people change procedures and processes with universitywide impact.

Skills and Experience: You will hold substantial experience in organisational change management (ideally in the higher education sector) to address complex people issues while driving timely highquality delivery of initiatives alongside the following skills and experience:

  • A relevant qualification (such as Prosci or equivalent level of knowledge
  • Relevant experience in planning developing and implementing change communications for all level of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and decisionmaking skills. and advanced skills in the use of standard office toolsets including word processors video spreadsheets drawing/diagramming tools (such as Excel PowerPoint Word and Viso).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of channels (oral written social media) to individuals or groups in an engaging manner.
  • Sound stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective internal and external working relationships influence others and liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Proven organisational skills and the ability to operate autonomously while demonstrating strong initiative and a proactive approach to deal with multiple tasks establish priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated success working effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
