Why your Role Matters
As a Change Analyst working across the HR compliance space your focus will be conducting analysis and developing recommendations for the effective design and implementation of change management plans to embed strategic and operational change that ensure employee needs are at the forefront of our ambitious People & Culture transformation agenda.
Build trusted relationships with project stakeholders senior business leaders and endusers to facilitate seamless transitions and ensure project benefits are fully realised and embedded in new businessasusual practices in People and Culture operations. You day to day will include:
Reporting in Program Phoenix Change Lead you will work to examine processes holistically to understand the impacts of change on people strategy systems processes and general business operations ensuring an integrated approach to the implementation of employeecentric people change procedures and processes with universitywide impact.
Skills and Experience: You will hold substantial experience in organisational change management (ideally in the higher education sector) to address complex people issues while driving timely highquality delivery of initiatives alongside the following skills and experience:
