Job Description
Job Title: IT Recruiter
Location: Sector V Saltlake Kolkata
Responsibilities:
- Conduct endtoend recruitment for leading MNC companies
- Source candidates from various job portals like Naukri Monster Shine and LinkedIn
- Screen candidate resumes and contact relevant candidates
- Assess knowledge communication skills aptitude and experience of applicants
- Arrange interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company
- Demonstrate excellent learning skills and maintain good relationships with candidates
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate in BCA/ BE / BSC (IT)/ CS / IT
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Confidence passion and target orientation
- Basic computer skills
