What Youll Do:As a Direct Support Worker youll be at the heart of our mission providing essential support to individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Your daytoday responsibilities will include:
- Personal Care Champion:Assist with personal care tasks like showering dressing and toiletingalways with dignity and respect.
- Medication Maestro:Administer medications and ensure clients stay on track with their health needs.
- Mobility Support:Help clients transfer using hoists and slide sheets ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Domestic Dynamo:Take charge of household tasks such as cleaning laundry and meal preparation to create a welcoming home environment.
- Community Connector:Engage clients in social activitieswhether its attending doctors appointments or grocery shoppingto enrich their lives.
