SALARY: $120000$142500 bonus and longterm incentive eligibility

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager FP&A High End & Beyond Beer will lead critical transformation workstreams and projects for the High End and Beyond Beer Business Units. Zerobased budgeting performance has been a critical lever in transforming our Business Units. This role will own ZBB reporting for the High End and Beyond Beer Business Units in addition to supporting OpEx planning and management for all of North America. Additionally this role will serve as project lead for critical business transformation initiatives across our Business Units from the financial performance of our pubs to the financial integration of new businesses within the Beyond Beer space.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overhead Management
    • Lead monthly cycle responsibilities including results analysis and latest estimate submission with inputs from the High End and Beyond Beer People teams Commercial teams breweries and pubs;
    • Manage and oversee all aspects of overhead expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goals identify trends risks and costsavings opportunities and implement efficiencies to drive improved results;
    • Plan and execute the budget process in alignment with North America FP&A and package owners;
    • Participate in longterm planning for the High End and Beyond Beer with respect to overhead expenditure and allocation;
    • Create and deliver high quality presentation materials to business unit leaders and senior corporate executives;
    • Oversee reporting data management with special attention to mapping accuracy
  • Transformation Projects
    • Own transformation project management including delivery timelines integration and reporting for key business transformation initiatives of critical import to our business;
  • Develop adhoc analysis and respond quickly to management requests.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or businessrelated field;
  • Three years of financial/analytical work experience;
  • Experience with MS Office Suite including advanced proficiency with Excel;
  • Preferable to have experience with Power BI and Anaplan;
  • Proficiency with SAP including financial modules;
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Experience creating and delivering executive level presentations;
  • Ability to prioritize workload and deliverables to multiple stakeholders.
