Job Description
Assembly is an integrated agency providing purposebuilt communications to Microsoft bringing strategy creative research social and digital and influencer marketing together to drive tangible business results and advance Microsofts mission to empower every person and organization on the planet to achieve more.
Responsibilities
- Serve as daytoday contact for mid and senior level clients managing ongoing social workstreams to ensure delivery of bestinclass content and strategic solutions.
- Build trusting client relationships across the brands organization navigating client approval processes and structure.
- Serve as main point of contact for internal agency team partnering with the data and analytics team to uncover valuable insights to share with clients and enhance work and creative and strategy teams to deliver impactful creative recommendations and content.
- Manage multiple projects of varying scale with the ability to manage up and down to ensure the team meets deadlines and stays on budget.
- Have a pulse on social culture and identifycritical issues trends and opportunities for clients and theiraudiences.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of clients businesses and their missions as well as key stakeholdersbothinternally at Microsoft and externally with partners consumers etc.
- Cultivate strong crosspractice client relationships to develop opportunities to grow business with existing and new potential clients.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in Communications Marketing and/or related fields includingpublic relationsdigital marketingcontent marketing paid media/advertising management consultingor publishing preferably within an agencysetting.
- Experience developing digital and social communications programming and plans and implementing best practices
- Exhibited ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Must be a selfstarterwho iscomfortable solving problemsindependently by seeking solutions and efficiencies.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Fun engaging teamfirst attitude; collaborative and inclusive working style
$85 $110 an hour

*Please note that freelancers are hired as W2 temp employees. We are not able to contract folks through personal LLCs sole proprietor businesses or the like.*Assembly occasionally converts freelancers to fulltimeemployees to support this growing business. Please note that potential for conversion is limited to candidates willing to work a hybrid schedule at an Edelman office.
An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance travel requirements revenuebased metrics any contractual agreements and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEHs total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses a Paid Time Off policy and regionspecific benefits.
