Job Summary
Our proofreading position is unique to Metzgers. As part of this position you will be asked to verify that the pictures copy and part-numbers are correct in catalogs. As our customers update their catalog often this is a very important aspect of business.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Read proof type setup and mark for correction any grammatical typographical compositional or pictorial errors.
- Create maintain and update digital records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have a strong attention to details.
- 2-3 years previous proofreading and/or copy editing preferred.
