The Opportunity

As a Senior Finance Manager you will significantly influence our business operations. Your efforts will transform how our team works and how projects are executed driving the Dexus team forward. As a Senior Finance Manager in the Group Finance team you will make an impact by;

• Maintaining accurate accounting records statutory financial statements tax compliance and associated reporting for Dexus Operations Trust and its subsidiaries.

• Delivering timely and accurate monthly consolidated results halfyear and annual statutory financial statements including managing audits and preparing necessary documentation.

• Handling income tax calculations tax forecasts tax returns and GST returns.

• Working with the Group Finance team on technical accounting issues provide leadership and guidance to the Finance team and collaborate on remuneration reports.

• Identifying and driving process improvements establish a strong risk culture and ensure efficient control environments and policies.

About You

• Minimum of 7 years postqualification experience in corporate accounting and team leadership; CA/CPA qualified with relevant tertiary qualifications.

• Familiarity with ASX listed environments; experience in funds management and property industries preferred; knowledge of Yardi/TM1 and Big4 experience advantageous.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate teams; capable of engaging and influencing at all organizational levels and with external advisers.

• Resultsdriven forwardthinking and innovative; proactive in improving processes and procedures across finance.

• Effective time management high attention to detail ability to manage risk and flexibility in a changing environment.
