We are seeking a Lead AI Engineer to work onsite with a strong track record of developing and deploying AIpowered applications using generative AI models. This is a decisive role for an experienced AI professional who can lead teams prototype solutions rapidly and integrate AI technologies into scalable productionready applications. If you have a builders mindset a deep understanding of AI and leadership experience this role is for you.

As our Lead AI Engineer you will spearhead AI projects mentor engineers and work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver stateoftheart AI solutions. You will take ownership of full project lifecycles ensuring the successful deployment of AI applications in production environments

Requirements
What Were Looking For:
- Proven AI Leadership: Experience as an AI Team Lead AI Solutions Architect or a similar leadership role.
- Generative AI Expertise: Handson experience with applying and finetuning generative AI models (GPT4 OpenAI APIs etc. for realworld applications.
- AI Systems Integration: Proficiency in integrating AI services and APIs to develop fullfledged solutions.
- Cloud & Production Deployment: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud) and deploying AI solutions at scale.
- MLOps & AI Maintenance: Experience in maintaining AI applications postdeployment using MLOps best practices.
- GrowthHacking Mindset: Ability to identify and capitalize on AI opportunities that drive business value.
- Strong Communication Skills: Capable of articulating complex AI concepts to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Adaptability & ProblemSolving: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and finding innovative solutions.
