This position is responsible for corporate association/convention incentive group markets tour and SMERF will assist the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing in preparation of the marketing plan sales plans programs and annual budget; manages expenses within approved plans and budgets. The Senior Sales Manager role has potential to grow into a Director of Sales Marketing Role with Springboard Hospitality.
