Job Summary:

The Division of Pulmonary Sciences and Critical Care Medicine is seeking multiple fulltime Advanced Practice Providers (APP) for the Sleep Medicine Pillar within the Comprehensive Lungs and Breathing (CLB) Program of the University of Colorado Hospital. The Pulmonary and Critical Care Division oversees a regionally and internationally recognized referral center for the care of patients with all forms of pulmonary disease and critical illness. The Sleep Medicine pillar is a rapidly growing multidisciplinary program. The responsibilities would include: the assessment and ongoing management of patients with sleeprelated disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outpatient assessment and management of patients with sleep disorders.
• Assisting physicians in the care of this same patient population.
• Participation in multidisciplinary conferences and presentation of patients within these same conferences.
• Scheduling of evaluations and tests
• Engaging and communicating with consulting services.
• Enrollment and followup of patients in clinical trials where appropriate.

Work Location:

Onsite this role is expected to work onsite at Anschutz Medical Campus and is located in Aurora CO.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

• Acute care nurse practitioner (ACNP) training or Family Nurse practitioner (FNP) certification or Physician Assistant (NCCPA) certification
• Licensed or eligible to be licensed in Colorado
• Certified to see adolescents and adults

Preferred Qualifications:

• One 1 year sleep medicine experience
• GeneralInternalMedicine knowledge and skills

The starting salary range or hiring range for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE:
