About Us:
ACR Homes provides highquality home healthcare and support for individuals with disabilities in a group home setting across over 40 locations in the greater MinneapolisSt. Paul area. We are looking for dedicated and collaborative individuals for the CoResidential Supervisor (CoRS) position.
What is a CoRS
This is a team approach to our standard Residential Supervisor role. CoResidential Supervisors supervise 1025 exceptional direct care staff and manage the group home program including being an advocate managing all household operations and overseeing care for the individuals who have disabilities who live there. The Residential Supervisor is either a livein or liveout position. Livein Residential Supervisors (and their spouse and children if applicable! live on site rentfree in a 23 bedroom livein area of the home.
Working alongside a coresidential supervisor this partnership would include 2 supervisors coleading a home. Oncall responsibilities appointments administrative work and meetings would be divided between the two individuals.
24hour oncall coverage would be required between the 2 cosupervisors. For example 1 supervisor could be oncall for a week then they would be offcall the following week when their cosupervisor takes over. Both supervisors would be fulltime each week between administrative and direct care work. Both supervisors would have a 28hour direct care requirement per week.
The CoResidential Supervisor (CoRS) position is not a typical punch the clock type of position but rather a lifestyle that allows you to have a more flexible work schedule including the possibility of some work from home. The CoRS manages and maintains all aspects of the group home. Examples of tasks you would be completing as a CoRS:
Oncall for shifts (weekdays weekends holidays); supervise and schedule 1020 staff members.
Work 2 direct care shifts weekly (extra hours paid at $25/hr); evening weekend and holiday shifts included.
Supervise staff create monthly schedules and ensure shift coverage.
Assist with staff training and conduct meetings.
Manage household operations: grocery shopping medication orders and task delegation.
Collaborate with parents guardians social workers and healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
Schedule and accompany residents to medical and dental appointments.
Help residents achieve their goals.
Perform administrative tasks: program plans medical followups reports and budget management.
Maintain the house and grounds ensuring licensing compliance.
Cosupervise with a partner to oversee healthcare safety staff and household operations.
Interact with residents and provide direct care.
Work with supervisors coworkers guardians and case managers.
Demonstrate leadership professionalism and adherence to company policies.
Participate in training and development.
Carry a cell phone manage house communications (mail voicemail email).
Report illegal activity and accept additional duties as assigned.
Pay Rate:
Starting at $47000/year
$50000/year for third year of ACR Homes experience and beyond
Plus free living expenses may be availablea $24000 value!
(rent and utilities)
$25/hour for additional direct care beyond requirement

Residential Supervisors are eligible for the following benefits:
*Additional compensation includes optional extra asleep shifts paid at $11.25/hr bonuses and advancement opportunities. Livein supervisors are responsible for 5 sleep asleep shifts per week as part of their livein agreement.
Additional Perks:
The RS also has the option to live at the ACR home they manage RENT FREE with utilities included. Livein supervisors and their spouse/children (if applicable) live rentfree in an apartment on the upper or lower level of the home separate from the level the residents live on. Livein apartments can comfortably fit a family and include 23 bedrooms 12 bathrooms kitchen/dining area living room laundry room off street parking and typically outdoor access to either the ground floor or deck. The value of living rentfree is HUGE and TAX FREE with an estimated savings of over $24000/yr.

Requirements:
You must be at least 18 years old
You must have a valid U.S. drivers license reliable transportation and a good driving record
You must be able to do some lifting
You must be willing and able to work with male and female clients
You must be able to work independently and you must have interpersonal skills including empathy responsibility selfcontrol good judgment and overall adjustment
You must be able to see hear speak interact and write in English sufficiently to perform the essential functions of the position
