Position Title: AccountantWork Setup: Work from Home
Schedule: 6:00 AM 3:00 PM PHT
Salary: PHP
Holidays: VIC AU
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Australian Accountant with a strong background in trust returns company financials and tax accounting. This role requires expertise in selfmanaged super funds (SMSFs) and proficiency in key accounting software ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with Australian tax regulations.
The ideal candidate is a detailoriented independent professional with strong analytical skills and excellent English communication abilities.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ACCOUNTANT
Your Responsibilities as an Accountant will be:
Prepare and review trust tax returns company financials and individual tax filings.
Handle selfmanaged super funds (SMSFs) ensuring compliance with Australian regulations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements to support tax compliance and reporting.
Utilize Xero BGL MYOB Reporter and Microsoft Excel for efficient bookkeeping and financial management.
Ensure accurate tax accounting and reporting in compliance with Australian taxation laws.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to optimize tax strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and reporting.
Qualifications as Accountant:
Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Australian Accountant.
Strong expertise in trust returns company financials and tax accounting.
Experience handling selfmanaged super funds (SMSFs).
Proficiency in Xero BGL MYOB Reporter and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong analytical skills attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy.
