Job Description
- The role involves working with both technical and/or functional aspects related to identity & access management. For example solution implementation (technical) and/or IAM strategy role management and process design (functional).
- You may work with senior stakeholders to assess design and implement sustainable solutions operating processes and people models to address key and evolving risks in the field of identity governance and access management.
- You may also analyse processes documentation and workflows through conducting walkthroughs with client stakeholders performing security and human resource related duties perform gap analysis and identify and prioritize process improvements based on current risk of components adding professional insight based on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- You will plan engagement objectives strategize to comply with professional standards and mitigate risks inherent in the engagement.
- You will work with leading IAM products and technologies such as SailPoint Saviynt Okta CyberArk or Microsoft etc.
- You will review work performed by the engagement team and maintain relationships with client account leadership to manage expectations of service including work products timing and services to be delivered.
Qualifications :
- Experience of 35 years working in the IAM field.
- Experience in planning implementing and managing identity and access management solutions (such SailPoint Saviynt Okta CyberArk or Microsoft).
- Experience in working on one or more IAM engagements in preferably all/most of the phases requirements gathering analysis design development testing deployment or application support.
- Advanced documentation and presentation skills.
- Wellversed with software development life cycle processes.
- Exposure to process frameworks and methodologies.
- Prior experience (and interest) in working with broader cyber capabilities/projects is considered as plus.
- Professional cybersecurity relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM is considered a plus.
- Familiar with security concepts and technologies in the wider Identity and Access management space (Logical Access Controls LDAP and RBAC Authentication solutions PKI concepts etc..
- Fluent in English. Fluency in Swedish is considered a plus.
- Job Location Stockholm or Gothenburg.
