About the Role
As a Showroom Attendant youll play a vital role in creating an outstanding first impression for our current and prospective clients. By building meaningful relationships and delivering reliable support youll help ensure that every clients journey with us begins seamlessly. Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally schedule client appointments via phone email text and inperson interactions.
- Build strong relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with internal team members.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients across all communication channels.
- Maintain uptodate client records by reviewing and updating information during every interaction.
- Follow established processes to address inquiries resolve concerns and manage client expectations.
- Escalate complex customer situations to management for resolution when needed.
- Ensure the showroom is clean organized and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
We are seeking an enthusiastic detailoriented individual who loves working with people and excels at providing exceptional customer service. Ideally youll bring:
- At least one year of experience in customer service reception or administration.
- A teamoriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Outstanding communication skills both written and oral.
- Exceptional attention to detail multitasking abilities and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn internal systems.
- A commitment to delivering highquality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
