Job Description

As a Loan Administrator you will manage loan processing updates communicate with clients and lenders and ensure documentation accuracy. Youll play a vital role in ensuring smooth processes for clients while coordinating with key stakeholders.

Job Overview

Employment type: Fulltime
Shift: Day Shift Mon Fri 09:00 AM 06:00 PM (Weekends off)
Work setup: Onsite (SM Megatower Ortigas)

Your Daily Tasks
  • Update core loan processing systems (Broker Platform AOL Simpology) to ensure accuracy and data maintenance.
  • Make updates to CRM (Hubspot).
  • Communicate directly with clients via phone and email.
  • Provide progress updates to clients at least every 2 days.
  • Coordinate directly with lenders via portal phone and email to provide required documents answer questions and follow up on progress.
  • Refer creditcritical issues directly to the Mortgage Choice Franchisee/Manager.
  • Keep the Mortgage Choice Franchisee/Manager updated on all activities.
  • Coordinate with solicitors conveyancers real estate agents and other stakeholders as required.
  • Prepare client documentation and ensure compliance standards by saving them in designated systems (Google Drive Vault etc..
  • Be responsive and available for discussions with the Mortgage Choice Manager/Franchisee during working hours.
  • Communicate challenges that may impact SLAs or client outcomes.
  • Ensure applications are sent with complete documentation.

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • High attention to detail.
  • Understanding of secure data handling protocols with personal data.
  • Excellent English language skills (written and verbal).
  • Customer service experience and focus.
  • Experience in Australian mortgage processes and credit.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office email calendar Google Drive PDF tools etc.
  • Strong IT competency to learn new systems.
  • Ability to follow complex loan structures and processes.
  • Ability to identify and suggest process improvements.
  • Preferably someone who can work on a Saturday.
