*****This position is for an Assistant Property Manager for New Brunswick Square in Saint John NB****
About the role
Strong client relationships are meaningful to you. You enjoy playing a central role in customer care by bringing outstanding interpersonal skills attention to detail and a positive demeanour to everything you do. As an Assistant Property Manager you will manage commercial buildings of all asset classes including office and retail from operations and financial activities to managing meaningful relationships with our tenants and property owners. From handling service contracts supervising bid packages completing property inspections and making recommendations you can share your innovative ideas to improve how we manage our commercial properties continually.
In This Role:
You develop and maintain positive relationships with property owners tenants vendors and contractors.
You respond in a timely manner to tenants needs to meet lease obligations.
You support senior management by preparing regular ownership reports budgets and other reports as assigned.
You successfully lead all administrative tasks including work orders service requests rent and expense payments property maintenance and vendor compliance requirements.
What Youll Bring:
Associate or Bachelor degree in business accounting real estate or similar field.
Two to four years of demonstrated ability in commercial real estate
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook MS Word MS Excel) and Adobe Illustrator.
Bonus Skills and Experience
Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi MRI etc.
Successful completion of an RPA certificate
Ability to learn different softwares quickly.
Experience with contract and leasing agreements preferred.
