Job Description

Le Grand Chef Mauro COLAGRECO trois toiles au Guide Michelin recherche un.e Maitre dhotel.

VOS MISSIONS

  • Responsable de louverture ou de la fermeture du restaurant
  • Participe au briefing davant service et passation des consignes aux collaborateurs
  • Mise en place et installation de la salle du restaurant et dressage des tables
  • Accueil de la clientle
  • Veille au bon droulement du service et participe lensemble des oprations : accueil client prise de commande gestion dun rang en binme facturation
  • Sassure de la satisfaction des clients
  • Coordonne les quipes facilite et rgule les relations de travail entre le personnel de salle et entre la salle et la cuisine
  • Accueil forme coordonne anime et organise le travail de lquipe
  • Maitrise la carte et ses produits
  • Respect et application des procdures dhygine (normes HACCP) et de scurit.

Type demploi : CDI Temps plein

Rmunration : 240000 NAI par mois

    Grand Chef Mauro COLAGRECO three stars in the Michelin Guide is looking for a Maitre dhotel.

    YOUR MISSIONS

    Responsible for opening and closing the restaurant
    Takes part in the preservice briefing and passes on instructions to staff
    Set up and install the restaurant and lay the tables
    Welcomes customers
    Ensures that the service runs smoothly and takes part in all operations: welcoming customers taking orders managing a row in pairs invoicing
    Ensures customer satisfaction
    Coordinates teams facilitates and regulates working relationships between frontofhouse staff and between frontofhouse and kitchen staff
    Welcomes trains coordinates leads and organises the work of the team
    Masters the menu and its products
    Respects and applies hygiene (HACCP standards) and safety procedures.
    PROFILE SOUGHT

    You are recognised as an experienced autonomous and flexible professional with a great ability to adapt. Elegance discretion rigour and organisational skills will be key to your success in these positions.

    Ideally trained in hotel management our future talents have :

    You have at least 5 years experience in a gastronomic restaurant in the dining room including work experience
    You have at least 2 years experience as a Matre d
    You are bilingual in French and English
    Excellent presentation
    Indepth knowledge of reception service and frontofhouse work
    A strong sense of customer service
    Experience in the same position in a Michelinstarred restaurant is required
    Mastery of the arts associated with gastronomy and the art of entertaining (floral art tableware the art of service product knowledge etc..
    Mastery of restaurant quality standards and/or R&C LEADING
    Master the techniques associated with gastronomy.
    Perfect command of customer relations (courtesy listening availability friendliness etc..
    You enjoy working as part of a team in close collaboration with your colleagues and in the spirit of our establishment. If you are willing to share your skills and learn from our restaurant and kitchen teams we offer you the opportunity to progress within our establishment.

    PROFIL RECHERCH

    Vous tes reconnu comme un professionnel confirm autonome flexible dot dune grande capacit dadaptation. Llgance la discrtion la rigueur et le sens de lorganisation feront partie des cls de votre succs dans ces postes.

    Idalement issus dune formation htelire nos futurs talents ont :

    • Vous avez acquis une exprience de 5 an minimum dans un restaurant gastronomique en salle alternance comprise
    • Vous avez une exprience de minimum 2 ans en tant que Matre dhtel
    • Vous tes bilingue en Franais et en Anglais
    • Une excellente prsentation
    • Des connaissances approfondies de laccueil du service et du travail en salle
    • Un sens trs pouss du service client
    • Une exprience sur le mme poste en restaurant toil exige
    • Matriser les arts lis la gastronomie et lart de recevoir (Art floral arts de la table art du service connaissance des produits
    • Matriser les standards de qualit du restaurant et / ou R&C LEADING
    • Matriser les techniques lies la gastronomie.
    • Matriser parfaitement les codes de la relation avec les clients (courtoisie coute disponibilit amabilit)
