Job Description
MUSC Health Columbia Medical Center Northeast is seeking fulltime BC/BE General Cardiology physicians for a wellestablished nationally ranked heart and vascular practice located in Columbia South Carolina. Providers will be based at either MUSC Health Columbia Medical Centers Northeast campus and will have full access to cardiac CT and MRI 3D echocardiography cardiac PET and SPECT equipment as well as a cardiac catheterization lab and electrophysiology equipment via the downtown location.
The Columbia practice is part of MUSC Healths greater Heart & Vascular Center which provides compassionate care and advanced treatment to patients across South Carolina. MUSC Health Heart & Vascular Center has received the Society of Thoracic Surgeons 3star rating 20 years in a row is accredited by the Society of Chest Pain Centers and is a BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina BlueDistinction Center for Cardiac Care.

We invite you to join a hardworking team of 20 cardiologists 2 cardiovascular surgeons and 17 cardiology APPs to provide advanced treatment and personalized care to patients in Columbia SC and the surrounding communities.
About the position:
- 2535 patients per day
- 1:06 call schedule
- Access to cardiac CT MRI 3D Echo PET and SPECT equipment electrophysiology equipment and a cath lab
- Dedicated group of over 36 providers promoting teamwork efficiency and excellent patient care
- Wellrespected Heart & Vascular practice with a 40year history in the community
- Quick rampup time with excellent local marketing and outreach support
