Job Description
Physician-Non-Invasive Cardiologist Permanent Role
- Location: Denton TX 76208
- Shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Guaranteed: 40 Hours
- Compensation: Based on experience.
Patient Evaluation & Diagnosis
- Examine collect record and maintain detailed patient information including medical histories diagnostic reports and physical examination findings.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as EKGs echocardiograms stress tests and other imaging to assess cardiovascular health.
- Evaluate and diagnose cardiovascular conditions in outpatient and inpatient settings.
Treatment Planning & Management
- Prescribe and manage appropriate treatments including medications lifestyle modifications and non-invasive procedures.
- Administer therapies or refer for advanced care when necessary.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments or medications based on outcomes and patient response.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses technicians advanced practice providers (NPs/PAs) and other specialists to develop and execute comprehensive care plans.
- Participate in case discussions and decision-making regarding diagnosis treatment options and patient management strategies.
Preventive Care
- Educate patients on cardiovascular risk factors prevention strategies and wellness.
- Recommend lifestyle changes such as diet exercise and smoking cessation to reduce cardiac risk.
Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate thorough and timely electronic medical records in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Licensure:
- Current and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Texas (or eligible to obtain).
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology.
Certifications: BLS and ACLS certification required.
Experience: Prior experience in a non-invasive cardiology setting is preferred though new graduates will also be considered.
