Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and experienced caregivers to fill a floater position. As a floater you will have the unique opportunity to work with various clients covering shifts as needed. This role requires flexibility adaptability and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide highquality compassionate care to clients in their homes or care facilities.
Assist with daily living activities including bathing dressing meal preparation and medication reminders.
Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
Follow care plans and communicate effectively with clients their families and healthcare professionals.
Adapt quickly to different client needs and environments.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
Ability to travel to different client locations as needed.
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate patient and empathetic nature.
Ability to handle the physical demands of caregiving including lifting and transferring clients.
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
