Job Description

Rings Global Learning and Quality team is seeking an innovative Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role youll design develop and enhance learning programs that impact associates worldwide. Were looking for a selfmotivated professional with a passion for learning and developing others. Youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams Subject Matter Experts and Program Managers to create impactful content and implement program offerings. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies coupled with strong project management and communication skills. You should be adept at balancing speed and quality thriving in a fastpaced environment while maintaining high standards. Key job responsibilities
* Analyze design develop and evaluate training solutions aligned with business objectives
* Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and create learning content
* Design and develop engaging multimedia content using various authoring tools
* Create storyboards scripts and job aids that support learning objectives
* Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to course development
* Ensure consistency in learning design across multiple programs and platforms
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
* Conduct needs assessments and identify performance gaps
* Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through various assessment methods
* Stay current with industry trends and learning technologies
* Maintain course content and curriculum documentation
* Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of learning programs

About the team
Our team is dedicated and responsible for the learning and development of Ring Customer Support associates. We design create and develop learning solutions to enhance associate knowledge around our products and services to provide a world class customer experience. We offer learning programs that support new hire onboarding product knowledge troubleshooting the customer experience coaching leadership development and specialty training.

* Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Education Business or related field
* 3 years experience in instructional design training development and elearning creation
* Proven experience with Articulate 360/Storyline or similar authoring tools
* Demonstrated ability to create engaging training materials including elearning courses instructorled materials job aids and multimedia content
* Experience managing multiple projects and implementing process improvements
* Track record of working crossfunctionally with technical and nontechnical teams
* Experience using data and metrics to drive program improvements
* Advanced multimedia development skills (video graphics audio)
* Experience with system simulations and basic HTML
* Background in process improvement initiatives
* Experience working in a fastpaced global environment

* Masters Degree in Instructional Design Learning Technology or related field
* Proven competence using an LMS such as Cornerstone Moodle or Thinking Cap
* Experience with evidencebased instructional design and learning analytics
* Multimedia development capabilities (video editing graphics design animation)
* Basic HTML and system simulation skills
* Experience building and managing complex project schedules
* History of success in fastpaced global environments
* Proven ability to measure and communicate learning impact to stakeholders


* Portfolio of eLearning samples required at interview
