The ACC Marketing team is looking for a selfmotivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager. The scope of role includes formulating marketing strategies managing marketing roadmap driving highquality conversions across a vast array of campaigns for our global customers and Sellers and developing scalable mechanism through Marketing automation. You will work crossfunctionally to drive product adoption and retention by communicating effectively with stakeholders in different teams and job categories; Product Design Business Intelligence Sales Tech Finance Legal and so on. This requires deep understanding of customers business products levers for success ability to deliver results and skills to handle conflicting priorities.
The ideal candidate is a selfstarter who is comfortable dealing with ambiguity making metrics and data driven decisions with taking risks and has a strong desire to learn and lead in a fastpaced environment. You are able to think strategically look at the business analytically and implement flawlessly.

Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute online marketing strategy for driving product adoption and customer retention.
Align strategy with cross functional stakeholders and business leaders.
Create review and raise quality of marketing materials such as email website and banner contents.
Develop new metrics and targeting logic and implement automated process for customer targeting.
Leverage a variety of channels and tools (e.g. email website social video) to effectively communicate with the right target audiences.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data for insights.
Document plan performances and test results.
Drive marketing automation process standardization and collaboration with stakeholders.
4 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
