ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf of its client a rapidly growing company providing integrated hightech solutions and specialized technical support services to a wide range of clients is seeking for a talented IT Support Engineer.
Location: Northern Athens Attica
Working Model: Onsite
You will report to the Engineering Team Leader
What you will do:
You will be part of the technical support team responsible for providing daily technical support to the companys clients resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth operation of IT infrastructure and communications systems.
More specifically you will be:
- Offering technical support (Remote Support).
- Performing Installation configuration and technical support of infrastructure and communication systems (Servers Storage PBX Router WiFi).
- Participating in implementation and support of cloud solutions (Azure Office 365 Private Cloud Cloud Backup).
- Administering firewall configurations and overseeing network infrastructure.
- Providing onsite technical support to clients when necessary.
- Documenting the support procedures and client solutions.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science Information Technology or relevant field.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Solid experience in Windows Server environments and virtualization technologies (e.g. HyperV VMware).
- Basic network knowledge (TCP/IP Routing VLANs).
- Experience in Azure or other cloud technologies would be considered a plus.
- Fluency in Greek and a strong command of English (both verbal and written).
- Drivers License.
