About the Role:
The Finance Intern will have an opportunity to learn and support multiple monthend accounting processes and finance functions at Click which include AP / Billings T&E Timesheets Financial Reporting Budgeting and others. The Finance Intern will also contribute to adhoc projects centered around developing and improving Accounting and FP&A functions at Click. This position will be reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager and the FP&A Senior Associate while also working with the Staff Accountant and other Finance team members when needed.
This position is based out of Clicks headquarters located in Tribeca NYC at the center of one of the fastestgrowing digital health communities. This is a hybrid internship in which you will come to the office Wednesdays and Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Support/observe the AP vendor invoice and Cash processes.
- Support/observe the Expense Reports and Timesheets processes.
- Support/observe integrations between systems NetSuite (ERP) and Anaplan.
- Assist with improving and creating accounting and FP&A templates / workpapers used internally during the monthend and externally for reporting.
- Assist with developing documenting and improving processes and policies to drive financial discipline across the company.
Qualifications:
- Rising Sophomore or Junior currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge and experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to learn in a fastpaced environment.
Compensation: $22/hr
Hours and Duration:
This is a parttime 30 hours/week position. The internship will have a duration of 10 weeks from May 20th August 1st 2025.
