Job Description:

The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) is seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to manage the development and implementation of programs under Measure 110 focusing on transforming the approach to drug addiction in Oregon. This role involves overseeing initiatives related to the Treatment and Recovery Services Fund Behavioral Health Resource Networks and the Oversight and Accountability Council. What you will do!

  • Program Design and Implementation & Community and Partner Engagement 50
    • Make recommendations assure local implementation of recommendations and ensure timelines are met.
    • Represent OHA in Council meetings and to external partners as it relates to the Councils M110 work
    • Participate in community listening sessions community programs and advocacy groups.
    • Serve as technical advisor to Councils Oversight and other community partners.
  • Contract and Grant Administrator 25
    • Administer negotiate and audit contracts related to Measure 110.
    • Ensure contract align with OHAs health equity goals.
    • Oversee the compliance and accountability provisions of each contract.
    • Ensuring all deliverables are met.
    • Responsible for fiscal monitoring data stewardship and developing outreach activities to impacted populations.
  • Equity Initiatives and Leadership 10
    • Lead special projects related to system transformation harm reduction racial justice and health equity. Collaborate across the Health System Division (HSD) to ensure Measure 110s objectives are aligned with broader equity initiatives.
  • Monitoring evaluation and collaboration 15
    • Guide the development of performance metrics and collaborate with the evaluation team to ensure timely progress in achieving goals for Measure 110.
    • Work with other Behavioral Health Division units to ensure collaboration and BHRN integration into the states system of substance use disorder care.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Minimum Qualifications

Any combination of experience and education equivalent to seven years professionallevel evaluative analytical and planning work.

Example:

A Bachelors Degree in Business or Public Administration Behavioral or Social Sciences Finance Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and four years professionallevel evaluative analytical and planning work.
