What youll be responsible for:

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing leader who is passionate strategic and intensely customerfocused. In this role you will define the vision and lead the strategy positioning and messaging for new and existing products ensuring they resonate with diverse audiences partners and use casesall driving business growth.

As a key leader you will collaborate crossfunctionally with product management marketing communications business development executive leadership external partners and customers. The ideal candidate has extensive experience partnering with product teams and thrives in creative and technical environments translating complex solutions into compelling marketready narratives.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping Circles roadmap leveraging competitive intelligence product positioning and gotomarket strategies to execute highimpact launches that accelerate our business and strengthen our market position.

About the team

The Circle Product Marketing Management (PMM) team is at the forefront of shaping our payment solutions ensuring they meet the evolving needs of customers and partners worldwide. Collaborating with key stakeholders across the company the team continuously refines our offerings based on market insights emerging opportunities new product developments and strategic global partnerships.

This team works closely with pricing teams to ensure our product positioning is deeply rooted in value delivery across the network. They also lead competitive analysis at the product platform and network levels strengthening Circles brand perception and market differentiation.

Specifically the team is responsible for our core products solutions and expanding global partnerships. Through strategic and datadriven decisionmaking they drive innovation and growth reinforcing Circles leadership in global liquidity solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build lead and mentor a highperforming team of product marketers focused on delivering customercentric solutions.

  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with product managers marketers leadership and customerfacing teams to develop position and launch products globally.

  • Drive gotomarket excellence overseeing market validation messaging positioning and launch to maximize adoption and impact.

  • Develop datadriven insights that inform and refine product and marketing strategies ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.

  • Craft compelling narratives and packaging to drive customer engagement differentiation and longterm growth.

  • Empower sales & partnerships by creating training programs customerfacing content and partner enablement assets that support revenue and adoption.

  • Lead competitive intelligence efforts providing indepth analysis and strategic positioning to ensure Circle stays ahead of the competition.

  • Steer highimpact strategic initiatives driving crossfunctional projects that shape the companys direction and market influence.


Key Qualifications & Attributes:

  • Proven industry expertise 10 years of experience in traditional finance payments DeFi or crypto (required).

  • B2B product marketing leadership 5 years of experience leading a product marketing function with demonstrated progression in a B2B organization (required).

  • Track record of impact Direct product marketing experience with a history of driving rapid growth and adoption of innovative technologies.

  • Technical acumen & market insightA deep understanding of platform services businesses with the ability to navigate and articulate complex technical concepts.

  • Team builder & mentor Proven ability to develop coach and scale a highperforming diverse and global Product Marketing team to achieve results.

  • Executive presence & stakeholder influence Ability to build strong relationships influence crossfunctional teams and align stakeholders at all levels.

  • Compelling communicator & storyteller Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives that showcase Circles vision and value to customers and prospects.
