What you will do
You will manage and take responsibility for the customer journey of our software IQA from beginning to end leveraging your background in production management and your keen sense of customer needs. As a Client Engagement Manager your goal is to help our customers implement and execute futureproof lean and green manufacturing.

- Manage the client relationship for the entire customer journey with IQA from lead generation through the pilot phase to rollout and live operation actively improving production processes and delivering impact
- Use your knowhow of production processes and your understanding of the customers pain points to identify how IQA can become a major value driver for the customer
- Develop strong trusted relationships with customersfrom SMEs to large enterprisesand engage with stakeholders at all levels from Production Managers to CLevel Executives both in the DACH region and globally
- Take responsibility for the success of our IQA pilots and the subsequent rollouts while managing customer project teams and stakeholders as well as our onboarding teams
- Contribute to ONIQs product strategy by actively gathering client feedback and requirements ensuring our solution remains responsive to client needs and market trends
- Promote IQA by showcasing the software at customer meetings or industry events
What we expect from you
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills outgoing and communicative personality
- Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm to drive the transformation to sustainable manufacturing with our software IQA
- Ability to understand the most pressing customer issues in production and to present our matching solutions
- Strong customer and sales focus to achieve the best results both for the customer and ONIQ
- Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering & Management or a related field
- Several years of experience working in consulting production management lean manufacturing operational excellence or similar
- International experience and a strong awareness of regional business practices combined with the ability to tailor sales and communication strategies accordingly
- Excellent language skills (English and German C1 or higher)
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings or industry events (typically 24 meetings per month)
