Employment Term: Permanent Part Time 16 hrs/week)
Location: Buderim Private Hospital Sunshine Coast QLD
Remuneration: $63.68 p/h 11.5 Super Not for Profit Salary Packaging Penalties & Allowances

Your part in Buderim Private Hospital
You will provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinical expertise whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns.
Providing supervision and guidance within a multidisciplinary team through effective decision making and support you will lead by example through exceptional communication customer service and patient advocacy.
The After Hours Nurse Manager will provide managerial support to all departments within the hospital after hours. You will lead the hospital staff in achieving service excellence and act as a resource person for quality assurance and improvement. You will assess staffing levels of individual areas and where necessary relocate staff to meet clinical and organisational needs.

As an experienced Nurse you will present with:
- Recent experience as an AfterHours Nurse Manager
- Current and unconditional AHPRA registration
- Excellent relationship management and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage lead and coordinate all aspects of the facility after hours
- Ability to effectively communicate and work within a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated ability to maintain relevant clinical expertise skills and knowledge base to provide leadership within specialty areas
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
Due to requirements this role is not a dual or shared position
