Job Description
Brand Strategy and Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to establish a strong market presence and differentiate the company.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and visuals.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote properties projects and corporate identity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional materials including brochures videos and digital content.
- Plan and oversee events launches and exhibitions to enhance brand exposure.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales design and project teams to align branding efforts with business objectives.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors to execute creative projects.
Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through personalized campaigns.
- Leverage customer insights to refine marketing strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education:Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience:3 Years experience in brand management marketing or related roles in the real estate industry.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of branding principles and real estate market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication creative thinking and project management skills.
