Job Description
We are looking for a topshelf bartender for Martini Hungry Smart Helpful and Flexible ROCKSTAR level bartender that can build a clientele with their good attitude and level of engagement.
We offerPaid time off Health insurance (full time only) Dental Insurance (fulltime only) flexible schedules 401K after 1000 hours/ or 1year employment) and advancement opportunities with Career Path options.
Bartender Responsibilities:
- Represent Martini Bay and London Bridge Resort at all times
- Preparing alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
- Interacting with customers taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
- Assessing bar customers needs and preferences and making recommendations
- Ensuring NO customer or potential customer is ignored
- Educating guests on new our products and new products
Job brief
We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good bartenderswill be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers needs and expectations. Compensation includestips.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or nonalcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- offer and take food and appetizer orders to help keep patrons in seats longer
- Interact with customers take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Be awesome
- Be kind to all including staff coworkers management and of course our guests and regulars.
Requirements
- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge in mixing garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of mixology wine and spirits is required; willingness to learn more and different items more required.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the barorganized stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificates such as Serve Safe certification.
