Job Summary
To coach and otherwise guide a team of employees to achieve optimum levels of productivity quality and safety while meeting operational deadlines and budgets. This typically includes recruiting and hiring qualified employees and ensuring that they receive all necessary training and education. Additionally the supervisor is responsible for maintaining a high performance work environment through appropriate goal setting operating principles communication and fair treatment of all employees. Salary: $72000 $77000 Gain Share Potential
Hours: MondayFriday 6:30 AM 3:30 PM 1hour lunch break)

What Youll Be Doing:
Lead and motivate a hardworking warehouse team
Coach train and develop team members for success
Ensure production and distribution targets are met on time & on budget
Keep operations running smoothly with strong SAP & computer skills
Maintain safety quality and efficiency across all warehouse processes
Communicate with internal teams customers and suppliers
Be the goto person for problemsolving and process improvements
What We Need From You:
3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse distribution or manufacturing setting
A strong teamwork mindset you lead by example
Solid computer skills (SAP experience preferred)
Forklift and warehouse operations knowledge
Safetyfirst attitude with leadership & coaching experience

Bachelors degree (preferred)
Experience handling metals ISO standards lean practices
CPR & first aid training

This is a handson role working on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery. Preemployment drug screening is required.
