Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager with a depth of knowledge and experience in restaurant and hospitality management particularly within the North Indian culinary domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations ensuring smooth functioning exceptional customer service and consistent profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daytoday operations of the restaurant including but not limited to staffing inventory management and quality control.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and streamline processes.
- Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness sanitation and hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit train and supervise staff members including servers chefs and kitchen staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment promoting teamwork professional development and employee satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance employee performance and productivity.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service ensuring guests receive a memorable and delightful dining experience.
- Address customer inquiries complaints and feedback promptly and effectively striving to exceed guest expectations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized interactions and attentive service.
- Financial Management:
- Manage restaurant budget including revenue expenses and profitability targets to achieve financial objectives.
- Monitor food and beverage costs labor expenses and other operational expenditures to control costs and maximize profitability.
- Analyze sales trends forecast demand and develop strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Utilize social media platforms email marketing and other channels to enhance brand visibility and engage with the target audience.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships events and community outreach initiatives to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience 3 to 8 years) in restaurant management with a focus on North Indian cuisine/Bar highly desirable.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficient in computer software applications including MS Office and restaurant management software.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
