The Montefiore has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our warm and friendly team at our Woollahra campus.
The Role:
The role will comprise two key components namely providing administrative assistance to the Executive Care Manager and Deputy Care Manager as well as professional and courteous Concierge and Reception services to our consumers and visitors of Montefiore.
Key duties will include but are not limited to:
Along with the essential criteria below to succeed in this role you will be friendly helpful and be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service to both our internal and external stakeholders. In addition you will be passionate about the aged care sector and have a genuine desire to work within this industry.
