We are looking for a proactive and adaptable professional with strong communication and collaboration skills to develop and review safety competency frameworks conduct training needs assessments and work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance. The role also involves implementing wellbeing and fatigue management programs monitoring training effectiveness and driving continuous improvement. Strong problemsolving interpersonal and organisational skills are essential for success in this role.
