The LSS Global GTM Operations Director is a critical business leader whose team drives strategy planning and operations at global scale for the LinkedIn Sales Solutions (LSS) oversee four strategy & operations subteams who help accelerate growth and provide operational leverage to the global LSS organization through central leadership of the following:
Planning & Performance: strategic business planning (financial planning resource allocation & investment) forecasting quarterly business reviews
Project Management: planning project management strategic initiatives
GTM Strategy: channel partner strategy & operations new product strategy & operations incentive design
Operations Excellence: process improvements systems & tool enhancements core sales operations
This individual will be responsible for making datadriven decisions around business strategy in partnership with sales leadership designing and implementing strategy enhancements through our sales planning process and leveraging sales analytics and operational improvements to drive action and improve the productivity of the will also act as a critical partner to regional sales strategy & operations teams intaking regional activities and scaling them to a global level.
This is a people leadership role with an experienced team of sales operations managers & individual contributors underneath it. As Sales Strategy & Operations Director you will have the opportunity to shape and grow a high performing team.

Responsibilities:
Develop and lead a topcaliber global strategy & operations organization
Serve as a key business advisor to LSS sales & crossfunctional leadership
Lead global LSS business planning workstreams including financial planning headcount planning resource allocation and investment cases
Accelerate business growth through leadership of strategic initiatives (new product GTM channel strategy & partnerships incentive design and more)
Provide visibility into business performance and translate insights to action via forecasting and business reporting
Drive process improvements and operational transformations to boost organizational productivity
Provide leverage to regional strategy & operations teams by intaking and scaling regional activities globally
Coordinatewith crossfunctional teams to lead mission critical projects role alignment & program integrations.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
BA or BS degree
10 years in operations sales management consulting finance or investment bankingexperience
5 years in people management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree preferred(or equivalent work experience)
3 years of experience managing large teams and/or people managers
Experience leading sales operations for a B2B SaaS businesses
Experience with CRM systems (SFDC and Microsoft Dynamics)
Project Management experience and experience mobilizing cross functional teams towards a common goal
Strong problemsolving and project management skills
Experience communicating with and presenting to senior management
Experience analysing data and using data to drive decisionmaking
Experience pivoting between big picture thinking and operational tactics

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is US $171000 to US $278000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set years & depth of experience certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
