Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing collection from Pharma and AA Customers
- Liaison between FSS CoEs and BPO for OTC process
- Liaison between collection agencies 3rd parties) in Argentina Chile and Uruguay and Abbvie
- Responsible for assure that Customer Master data is correct for all customers
- Liaison with Treasury to manage collection information and anticipate cash availability
- Participate actively in Governance process with different stakeholders to align on Collection expectations and
- Give support to C&C Coordinator for submitting forecasting (PLN/LBE DSO) and explain variances based on actual results to Corporate team (through FSS) Run DSO analysis
- Give support to C&C Coordinator for preparing bad debt reserve
- Give support to requirements from both business (Pharma and AA)
- Give support to C&C coordinator for managing the payment term strategy for both businesses (Pharma and AA)
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree in Business Administration Economics Accounting or correlated areas
Advanced english skills
