The Role
Were seeking an energetic and driven Sales Executive to join our team and champion NOA our innovative AIpowered platform tailored for the healthcare industry. NOA is transforming healthcare by streamlining medical workflows easing administrative tasks and empowering doctors to devote more time to patient care.
As an AI Sales Executive you will introduce NOA to healthcare professionals showcasing how it provides critical insights and predictive analytics that enable faster datadriven decisionmaking.

Your main tasks will include:
- Solution Selling: Conduct needs assessments and present customized AI solutions that align with client requirements demonstrating the value and ROI of our offerings. 70
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing ensuring accurate forecasting and timely followups. 20
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business challenges and objectives. 10
Youll work closely with the AI Sales Executive and the SDR engaging with clients and contributing to the teams success.
Qualifications :
What Will Make You Shine
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in SaaS
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience with large accounts
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Nice to have:
- Experience in Healthcare sector
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications
- Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
