Job Description

Job Summary

Create Business development Plan for the key account by having discussed with the account owner (s)/doctor(s). Build strong customer relationships and trust and ensure right companys message and key activities will be implemented in a good manner and under Compliance Policy. Provide accurate forecasting and information which company can foresee insights and making right decisions.  Ensure the budget has been used properly for the account(s).

Job Dimensions

Responsible for Bangkok area and Bangkoks vicinity province which is assigned and agreed with immediate supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

 Infield Development 80

  • Communicate with good manner and relation with the key persons on the Account(s).
  • Implement all activities which have been discussed and approved by the key person of the account and company. Ensure that the activities have been implemented on time. Generate activity report to the key account and make sure that having evaluation and measurement of each activity.
  • Work with key persons of The Account(s) to ensure the business run properly. (Sales based on facts and activities based on business development plan)
  • Clinical facilitation and training for doctors must be done through the whole year with good plan & follow up process.
  • Ensuring delivery of the Allergan and product specific value proposition effectively as compared to competitors or competitor products
  • Maintaining a high level of service through reliable and timely followup after any interaction with injectors / key stakeholders

Reporting 20

  • Generate monthly report and / or each activity report with clear communication and submit to the key person of the account time by copying immediate supervisor.
  • Generate Sales tracking report by chain and Total Account Activity report both from customer site and Allergan site to immediate supervisor on monthly basis.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Pharmaceutical or Science is necessary
  • Minimum of 3 years experience within a sales role within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Professional verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate respectfully on uncomfortable issues
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Effective negotiation analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask prioritise and work under pressure within strict deadlines
  • Good time management skills with the ability to work independently
  • Works within integrity & compliance policies and all company policies
