We are seeking a Client Partner who excels at nurturing relationships ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional service. What You ll Do (Your Impact)
Be a trusted client partner: Serve as the primary point of contact ensuring each client feels heard supported and confident in CareGuide s solutions.
Ensure a seamless experience: Proactively monitor client needs resolve issues and keep all processes running smoothly.
Coordinate across teams: Work closely with Sales Operations and Finance to ensure each client receives timely and effective support.
Manage the details: Keep accurate records of interactions track performance data and oversee critical client tasks such as invoicing documentation and case completion.
Foster longterm relationships: Regularly engage with clients ensuring they fully utilize CareGuide s services while maintaining a positive trusting partnership.
What You Bring (The Ideal Candidate)
Strong communicator & relationship builder: You enjoy working with people building trust and fostering strong client connections.
Organized & detailoriented: You excel at managing multiple responsibilities and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Proactive & solutionfocused: You anticipate client needs solve problems before they arise and follow through on commitments.
Comfortable with technology: Experience with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and Microsoft Office is a plus.
Experience in client or account management: 23 years of experience preferably in B2B or healthcare.
Teamfirst mindset: You enjoy working in a collaborative environment where team success is just as important as individual success.
