Position Title: Remote CCTV Monitoring Agent
Work Setup: work onsite
Schedule: 6:00 AM 2: 30 PM Phil Time/ Monday to Friday
Salary: 18 to 22k per month
We seek a vigilant and detailoriented Remote CCTV Monitoring Agent to oversee the security and surveillance operations of our client s business remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring live and recorded video feeds identifying potential security threats and ensuring a safe and secure environment for employees customers and company assets.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR REMOTE CCTV MONITORING AGENT
Your Responsibilities as a Remote CCTV Monitoring Agent will be:
Continuously monitor CCTV cameras remotely to detect suspicious activities security breaches or safety hazards.
Report any unusual activities incidents or security concerns to the appropriate personnel in realtime.
Maintain records of surveillance footage and document notable incidents for review.
Coordinate with onsite security personnel and law enforcement in case of emergencies or unlawful activity.
Ensure all remote CCTV equipment and software are functioning properly and report technical issues promptly.
Review recorded footage when necessary to assist in investigations.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding surveillance and data protection.
Stay updated on best practices for surveillance monitoring and security procedures.
Qualifications as Remote CCTV Monitoring Agent:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security or surveillance is a plus.
Prior experience in remote CCTV monitoring security or law enforcement is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to recognize suspicious behavior.
Good communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and concisely.
Ability to work independently from a remote location with reliable internet connection.
Familiarity with CCTV systems remote monitoring software and basic troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to work in shifts including nights weekends and holidays as needed.
Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
