Pay rate $25 an hour.
Overtime pay at 1.5 times pay rate.
401K matching funds after 1 year service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Rotate through multiple aspects of the restaurant to gain knowledge of the total operation.
- Initial training period 46 months) before launching into the director level role with oversight of all facets of the restaurant (i.e. marketing catering inventory scheduling FOH/BOH hiring).
- Create a culture of service and deep care for team members and guestsleading to a remarkable experience for all who come in contact with ChickfilA.
- Mentor coach invest in and build relationships with a diverse team of people to motivate and help them reach their highest potential.
- Develop 67 direct reports through oneonone meetings consistent reviews and coaching.
- Actively taking ownership of business responsibilities (i.e. budgeting vendor relationships).
- Maintain quality in food safety cleanliness and overall ChickfilA standards.
- Ongoing evaluation of business needs and streamlining systems/processes for efficiency.
- Build a strong relationship with the Leadership Team and executive operators vision.
