As a design leader you will ensure an optimal user experience across all digital channels leading a team of specialists in UX design UI design and content.
Youll provide strategic direction foster a highperforming culture and upskill teams to drive best practice. Working closely with the Director Digital & User Experience and senior stakeholders youll align digital initiatives with VUs strategic goals to deliver innovative and usercentered solutions.

About the Role
As our Senior Manager UX & Design youll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital user experiences design and content initiatives. Your multifaceted responsibilities will encompass strategic planning team leadership design leadership content strategy and Information Architecture (IA) design.
As the driving force behind UX design and content strategy youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance VUs digital experience. Leading a team of designers and content specialists youll ensure digital experiences are intuitive accessible and engaging for prospective and current students staff and other audiences. Your expertise will shape a cohesive digital ecosystem that aligns with user needs brand strategy and best practices in UX and content design.

This is a fixedterm backfill position offered at HEP 9 classification with salary range being $128446 $133636 per annum plus 17 superannuation working 36.75 hours per week.
