As a Senior Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships overseeing project requirements and leading technical and architectural solutions. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to transform ideas into reality ensuring the successful delivery of web applications while maintaining highquality standards and technical excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Communications

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
• Confidently engage with stakeholders manage expectations and represent the company in technical and business discussions.

Proof of Concept Development

Bring client ideas to life by overseeing the creation of Proofs of Concept PoC) ensuring alignment with client goals.

Architectural Solution Design

• Play a key role in defining the architecture of web applications from ideation to documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure scalability maintainability and alignment with best practices.

Technical Documentation

• Lead the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation ensuring clarity and usability for all stakeholders.
• Codebase Analysis and Troubleshooting
• Analyse and resolve issues in existing codebases providing innovative and effective solutions.

Team Collaboration and Coordination

• Work with designers UX experts business analysts and project managers to navigate technical challenges and refine project teams when technical difficulties arise and propose alternative approaches when necessary.

Technical Leadership

• Lead technical development teams providing guidance and mentoring to ensure project demos as required to showcase progress and highlight key features.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Communication Excellence:Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
• Technical Expertise:Solid understanding of web application architecture and development with the ability to solutionise technical challenges.
• Leadership Abilities:Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
• Analytical Thinking:Ability to analyse requirements troubleshoot code and propose effective solutions.
• Documentation Skills:Experience in creating detailed technical documentation and project contracts.
• Handson Development:Be proficient in webbased technologies such as Javascript and Typescript along with frameworks such as Reacts and Angular.
• Gitflow:To understand the continuous development and the GIT flow strategy

Bonus

• Other programming languages that complement the web development world arePython and Flutter.
• Engaging in the latest Al technologies
• Involved in opensource project

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello).

HYBRID WORKING APPROACH

We spent a great deal of time speaking with our teammates and our leaders to define our future way of working. We used our values to guide our approach; putting relationships first collaboration and having fun to find the right blend of flexibility and balance.
