Teach graduate courses in the doctoral program; recruit advise and mentor students; assist students with program of study planning; chair and serve on student committees for Doctoral degree; participate in department unit and universitywide meetings as needed collaborate with school district personnel and with other university faculty; fulfill duties and responsibilities associated with a fulltime probationary position in the Educational Administration and Leadership Program.
Instruct courses in varied locations and at varied times inperson online or hybrid and in either a semester or accelerated semester schedule.
Minimum Qualifications
Earned doctorate in Educational Administration/Leadership or related field.
Demonstrated experience in the field of publicschool educational leadership or related field with doctoral level teaching experience
Knowledge of research methodologies academic standards for empirical research and best practices in dissertation advisement
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to mentor and support doctoral candidates collaborate with faculty and facilitate constructive dissertation processes.
Preferred Qualification
Evidence of university teaching at the graduate level
Evidence of scholarship or the ability to produce/evaluate scholarship
Evidence of recent work in public school settings
Proficiency in innovative teaching research methodologies and research facilitation
Proven experience mentoring and supervising doctoral students through the dissertation process including research design analysis and academic writing
A high interest/skill/experience in developing and teaching online courses.
